Refund policy

All Toid build plans are digital downloads. After checkout you get an instant PDF download. Nothing ships. Because the plans are digital files, all sales are final and there are no refunds on digital plans. File problem? If a file is broken or won't download, contact me through the contact page and I'll send you a working copy. That's a fix for the file, not a refund.
